Inverloch, Victoria · In person & online

A safe space to be seen, heard & valued.

I'm Cheryl Taylor — an Expressive Therapist, Educator and Supervisor of trainee, graduate and experienced mental health practitioners.

Meet Cheryl

Over sixty years being human, and thirty in the helping professions.

With over sixty years experience being a human (daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, friend, colleague, partner) and over thirty years of experience in the helping professions, I've learned a lot about life and people.

I live and work part-time in Inverloch where I offer Sandplay and Expressive Therapies. I also offer online Supervision to both trainee and experienced Therapists.

My approach

Person-centred, relational and creative.

My work is grounded in trust and collaboration. I listen deeply and compassionately, and I draw on creative activities and somatic techniques — imagery, drawing and body awareness — to help you explore what words alone can't always reach.

Above all, I aim to create a space where each person feels seen, heard, understood, accepted and valued. Within this safe and protected space, healing and growth take place.

Thanks to recent research in Relational Neuroscience, there is now a significant body of evidence that clearly supports my belief in the healing power of relationship.
