Supervision
I love my work as a supervisor and feel passionate about supporting other practitioners in their development and growth as therapists.
I'm a registered supervisor with the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and the Australian Clinical Supervision Association (ACSA).
My approach combines person-centred methodology with reflective practice, creating a space where counsellors can examine their client work and their own personal responses to it.
Holding the therapist
I think of the supervisory role as holding the therapist so they are able to hold their clients. Sessions may focus on your experience as a therapist, on a specific therapeutic approach, or on personal issues that are affecting your professional practice.
Above all, I aim to be fully present for the therapist — to understand your experience and offer the support that's most useful to you.

Supervision & self-care groups
Groups offer connection with like-minded professionals — a chance to share our experiences, challenges and achievements with others who are walking a similar path.
For 2026, I'm running open groups on Thursday mornings, and offering Self-Care / Supervision days throughout the year.
